Lead Contract Manager, IDC Contracts Management Role in the USA
Meta is seeking a senior-level Lead Contract Manager for IDC Contracts to direct the overall contract management function at the program level across the USA. In this management role, you will drive programmatic solutions to emerging industry shifts, support complex contract deal formation and administration, ensure strict policy compliance, and improve day-to-day business processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct custom contracting strategies, first-of-kind product and deal solutions, tooling solutions, stakeholder relationships, issue resolution, KPIs, SLAs, and complex contract administration.
- Partner with business leads on complex operations and Capital Improvement initiatives involving significant spend and risk, driving cross-functional cost containment.
- Develop deal-to-contract strategies and procedures that ensure compliance with internal policies and business controls.
- Collaborate across functions to align new contract strategies with project delivery, respond to market conditions like tariffs and supply chain risk, and evolve bonus incentive structures and risk transfer.
- Partner with Legal, Risk Management, Corporate Contracts Governance, and Compliance teams to resolve business and legal risks during contract formation, negotiation, and post-execution administration.
- Continuously examine existing policies to optimize source-to-pay processes and direct audit readiness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 15+ years of work experience in transactional contract management, construction law, construction risk management, supply chain, or similar contract-related fields.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in fields such as Construction Management, English, Accounting, Legal Studies, Contract Law, Business Administration, or Engineering. (A graduate-level professional degree in Law, Business Administration, or Engineering is also relevant).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Familiarity with construction industry contracting approaches and fee structures like Lump Sum, GMP, Cost Reimbursement, EPC, and Integrated Project Delivery.
