This is a 0-to-1 build focused on shifting the platform from separate, transactional treatments into a unified, concierge-style relationship with each customer that includes lab testing, continuous care, and treatment.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end consumer experience for this new relationship-first offering, spanning discovery, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
- Define the synthesis layer across existing categories and stand up new product lines.
- Partner with engineering and design to integrate AI into the core consumer experience.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure protocols, safety, and education are central to the product.
- Shape short- and long-term roadmaps to drive scalability while balancing daily improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6+ years of product management experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of building and shipping consumer products that drive business impact.
- Strong point of view and default fluency with AI agents, AI-native workflows, and reshaping consumer healthcare.
- Strategic and tactical range with the ability to set vision and execute scalable processes from scratch.
- Strong communication skills paired with a low-ego, high-EQ operating style.
