Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager, Firefox Mobile

Mozilla is seeking a Senior Level Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager, Firefox Mobile to join our marketing team in Canada. In this marketing role, you will act as the operational anchor for Firefox Mobile marketing execution, helping translate growth strategies into reliable processes across App Store Optimization (ASO), lifecycle programs, and product launches.

Role Responsibilities and Requirements

• Coordinate and execute ASO initiatives, metadata updates, and creative experiments with external agencies and Product Marketing.
• Translate campaign briefs into executable plans and support hands-on campaign execution.
• Manage shared localization, quality assurance, and operational readiness workflows while identifying blockers.
• Develop scalable processes, automation, and AI-assisted workflows utilizing tools like Claude Code and Cowork.
• Gather and consolidate performance data from campaigns and experiments to support reporting and future optimization.
• Require a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, backed by strong organizational skills and multi-step program coordination experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $70,000. Eligible employees also receive a generous performance-based bonus plan, rich medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting.
