Manager, Global Financial Reporting

ŌURA is seeking a Manager, Global Financial Reporting for a senior-level management opportunity based in the USA. With a salary range of $143,650 to $169,000, this role will strengthen and scale the company's financial reporting function as operational complexity increases.

Core Responsibilities for the Global Financial Reporting Role

• Lead the end-to-end preparation, drafting, and compilation of quarterly Form 10-Q and annual Form 10-K financial statements, including footnotes, disclosures, and MD&A.
• Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements for global regulatory reporting and local statutory requirements.
• Monitor evolving SEC regulations, PCAOB standards, and FASB updates to update accounting and financial reporting policies.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, external audit execution, and the consistent application of U.S. GAAP accounting policies.
• Strengthen Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and support public-company readiness initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an active CPA license (Big-4 preferred), and at least 7 years of progressive financial reporting experience at a publicly traded company. Applicants should possess hands-on expertise preparing Form 10-K and Form 10-Q filings, a strong command of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, and self-directed execution skills. Experience with Cash Flow, EPS, NetSuite, SAP, Workiva, or ActiveDisclosure is highly preferred.
