Luna Physical Therapy is hiring a senior-level Manager, RTM Operations- Physical Therapy for a full-time remote position based in the USA. This management role focuses on operational excellence and team leadership rather than direct patient care, tasking you with overseeing the day-to-day functions of Luna's Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) Care Navigation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop RTM Care Navigation employees and contractors through onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Improve RTM workflows supporting patient engagement, monitoring, documentation, data capture, and escalation pathways.
- Track, analyze, and report on operational KPIs, productivity, and program performance metrics.
- Partner closely with Clinical, Concierge, Billing, Product, and Data teams to ensure billing readiness and continuous process improvement.
Candidate Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree and be a Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient, home-based, orthopedic, post-acute, or rehabilitation care settings.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in clinical operations, rehabilitation operations, care coordination, or a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, documentation requirements, and compliance standards alongside a data-driven mindset.
- Preferred: Experience with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), CPT-based workflows, or digital health platforms.
