Fullstack Engineer Job in Berlin, Chemnitz, or Dresden

Staffbase is looking for a Mid level - Fullstack Engineer to join their engineering team in Germany. You can work from offices in Berlin, Brandenburg, or Chemnitz and Dresden in Sachsen. Staffbase is an AI-native Employee Experience Platform company with over 550 employees supporting 1,500 customers globally.

Your Responsibilities

• Improve and develop web-based clients, native apps, and RESTful web services within a cross-functional scrum team.
• Produce high-quality, tested code and participate in the code review process.
• Work iteratively by frequently pushing code, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and automating tasks following a "You build it, you run it" approach.
• Take ownership of features, work quality, and your environment.

Requirements and Tech Stack

Applicants need a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. You should have good English communication skills and experience in React.js and TypeScript combined with Java, Kotlin, and/or Golang. Familiarity with MongoDB, Terraform, Docker, REST, Microservices, Test Driven Development, CI/CD, and automation is ideal.

Compensation and Benefits

The role includes an attractive salary package featuring a unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), a yearly flex work allowance of €1560, and a company pension scheme.
