Partner Success Manager - In Market, Southern CA

Side is currently hiring a Partner Success Manager - In Market, Southern CA for a senior-level management role based in the USA. In this position, you will serve as the account owner and strategic relationship lead for real estate partners, helping to expand the company's footprint across the region by managing existing relationships and closing new partner opportunities.

Key Responsibilities for the Southern CA Management Role

• Build and maintain high-impact partner relationships by developing strategic account plans and annual business plans with a goal to achieve 100% Net Dollar Retention annually.
• Drive regional expansion by recruiting top-performing luxury agents and teams, meeting a monthly quota for introductory meetings, and executing sales cycles.
• Spend half your time leading virtual and in-person meetings to consult on key business metrics and review partner financials, including P&L statements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Side's pricing model and financial tools, and document weekly in internal CRM systems.
• Attend industry and customer events to cultivate relationships and champion the Side network.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business management, consulting, strategic account management, sales, and/or business ownership. Applicants also need 8+ years of experience in residential real estate with an understanding of local industry associations and market trends. Having a licensed broker status is noted as a plus. The role requires strong financial acumen regarding real estate P&Ls and budgeting, alongside leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
