People Partner

TrustedHousesitters is seeking a Senior Level People Partner for a HR Admin role based fully remote in the UK. This is a fixed-term position offering a salary of £75,000 plus bonus, operating within a B Corp certified, fast-growing direct-to-consumer pet care and travel marketplace.

About the People Partner Role

Reporting to the Director of People & Talent, you will work closely with the Senior People Partner to drive the People Partnering model deeper into a fully-remote scale-up environment. Your responsibilities include strengthening line manager capability, embedding capability frameworks to support a high-performance model, and handling employee relations (ER) casework as required. You will act as a strategic sounding board for managers and the senior leadership team, balancing commercial priorities with the needs of the team while keeping our global community of members and pets in mind.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in a People Partner or HRBP role, ideally within a fully-remote, fast-paced scale-up.
• Hands-on experience embedding the HRBP model within a start-up or scale-up people function.
• A strong dual lens combining commercial acumen with a purpose-led approach.
