Principal Partner Manager - Technology Alliances

Datadog is hiring a senior-level Principal Partner Manager - Technology Alliances in the USA to manage and grow high-priority ISV go-to-market partnerships globally. This management role focuses on driving joint GTM initiatives, aligning with the Product team on co-innovation priorities, maximizing revenue through sales motions, and creating new routes to market including Cloud Marketplace listings.

Role Requirements and Background

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in partner-facing business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a SaaS or cloud organization
• Global role experience working with local internal teams
• Demonstrated skill in driving sales and partner-influenced opportunities
• Experience working with Product organizations in complex technology sectors such as AI and security

Compensation and Benefits

The reasonably estimated yearly base salary for this US-based role is $195,000, and total compensation may include variable pay, performance-based high income earning opportunities, and new hire stock equity (RSU) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP).
