WorkWave is seeking a Senior Level Product Designer to join our Design team in the UK. In this role, you will craft intuitive, efficient product experiences and design solutions that empower hardworking service professionals to run their businesses more effectively.
Senior Product Designer Responsibilities
- Transform customer and business objectives into purposeful, feasible products by managing the design process from discovery, concept ideation, flows, and wireframes to full-fidelity prototypes.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership in a triad model to deliver high-quality solutions for well-defined problems.
- Champion cohesion, consistency, and accessibility by applying design system standards and user-centered design principles, utilizing Jobs-to-be-Done methodology, customer interviews, and usability tests.
- Coach team-level peers, participate in design critiques, and share learnings while staying current with design trends and AI-powered products.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree.
- 5+ years of relevant experience (source text also notes 4 or more years of experience as a user experience/product designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role).
- Proven experience successfully delivering product design initiatives that improved user outcomes or business metrics.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital products.
