Product Engineer (m/w/d)

Lpe Immobilien Management Gmbh is seeking an entry-level Product Engineer to join their Engineering team in München. This role offers the opportunity to help digitize the property management industry by building proprietary software solutions like lpeOS, customer portals, and AI agents from scratch on a modern tech stack.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will work fullstack using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node, and Postgres on Google Cloud, developing features end-to-end without legacy code. Your daily work involves building AI agents, utilizing modern development tooling like Cursor and Claude Code, and collaborating directly with users and product leaders to gather feedback and release updates in fixed cycles.

What You Should Bring

• A Bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of experience in web development.
• Practical proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript, ideally with React or Next.js.
• An existing project to show, such as production code, a side project, or open source work.
• A basic understanding of SQL databases and API design.
• German language skills at a minimum B2 level.
