About the Role

This is an entry-level engineering position designed for someone early in their career—requiring a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience—who prioritizes shipped products over line counts. You will use AI and agents as your default working method to build, launch, and iterate on features rapidly. The salary is market competitive.

What You Will Do

  • Own product ideas from initial sketches to production features used by real customers.
  • Turn problems into working prototypes quickly using AI tooling and agents.
  • Make independent product decisions, define what is "good enough to ship," and cut unnecessary scope.
  • Set up live monitoring and evaluation to track performance and drive rapid iteration.
  • Collaborate directly with customers, support, and the product team to determine the next high-leverage build.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with a solid technical foundation in software systems and data flows.
  • A portfolio of actually built and shipped products, such as side projects, internships, or hackathon wins.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team to give feedback and move projects forward.
  • Demonstrated product sense, user taste, and the ability to treat AI models as fast teammates whose output is carefully checked.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or product company is nice to have.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Candidates must have a Bachelors qualification.
  • Experience: 1-2 Years experience required.
  • Position Level: This is a Entry Level role.
  • Location: The job is based in Europe.
  • Salary: Market Competitive.
  • Listing active till: 28 September 2026 on our board — the employer's own closing date may differ, so confirm it on the official application page.
