Backed by a 10 million euro seed funding round in spring 2026, the company is expanding its team and seeking an experienced professional for HR Admin and project management tasks in the building technology sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale heat pump projects independently from preparation to final acceptance.
- Serve as the primary daily contact for customers throughout project execution.
- Plan and monitor schedules, resources, and milestones while coordinating installation partners and trades.
- Prepare technical acceptances, ensure complete documentation, and handle risk management with reporting to technical leadership.
Requirements and Profile
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Technology, or comparable professional experience in technical project management.
- At least 5+ years of experience in coordinating construction, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC/SHK), or energy projects.
- Technical understanding of heat pumps and building technology, alongside proficiency in project management and CRM systems.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
- Structured thinking, proactive problem-solving, clear communication, strong customer focus, a high sense of ownership, and team spirit.
