Core Responsibilities in Hamburg

• Visually guide brands on social media, creating social identities and producing stills, video, and motion content.
• Conceive and realize creative, platform-tailored ideas for both campaigns and always-on presence.
• Manage and execute productions ranging from fast, pragmatic social formats to extensive TVC accompaniments.
• Develop social media guides and template kits for scalable, efficient content production.
• Mentor and technically develop junior content creators while ensuring quality standards.

Requirements and Background

Candidates need several years of professional experience in a creative and social media environment, ideally within an agency. You should have a strong sense for culture, trends, and platform-specific content, alongside a hands-on ability to bring visions to life in stills and video. The role requires a secure command of professional design, editing, and content tools that go beyond Canva, plus experience collaborating with influencers and managing content productions. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative team-player attitude are essential.
