Pahnke GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a Senior Social Media Creative to join their team in Hamburg on a senior level. In this social media role, you will help drive the brand channels of national and international brands forward by combining a deep understanding of the social media landscape with strong visual and strategic skills.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Take visual charge of brands on social media, shaping social identities and producing stills, video, and motion content.
• Conceive and execute creative, platform-tailored ideas for both campaigns and always-on presence.
• Direct and realize content productions ranging from fast, pragmatic social formats to elaborate TVC accompaniments.
• Develop social media guides and template kits for efficient, scalable content production while maintaining and evolving design standards.
• Mentor and support the professional growth of junior content creators.

Candidate Profile

You bring extensive professional experience in a creative and social media environment, ideally gained within an agency. You have a sharp instinct for culture, current social media trends, visual communication, and platform-specific content. Candidates should be comfortable using standard design, editing, and content tools beyond basic graphic applications like Canva, alongside proven experience planning and executing content productions and working with influencers and creators. A hands-on approach, proactive problem-solving, and a team-player mentality are essential for guiding projects independently.
