Enumerate is seeking a QA Manual Test Engineer for a remote Engineering position based in LATAM. This entry-level role is designed for candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience, offering a total monthly compensation of $2,500 to $3,000 USD. In this position, you will validate end-to-end product quality across web applications and payments workflows, contributing to repeatable QA processes in an AI-forward environment that utilizes tools like CursorAI.
Core Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans for web applications.
- Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, negative, and integration testing across features.
- Validate behavior of workflows related to accounting, AR/AP payments, and user permissions.
- Document defects with clear reproduction steps, evidence, and severity classification.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify acceptance criteria and participate in release sign-offs.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience performing manual QA on web applications and writing comprehensive defect reports.
- Familiarity with tracking and testing platforms such as Jira, TestRail, and Postman for basic REST API validation.
- Ability to reason about complex financial, multi-step, or data-driven workflows.
- Experience working independently in remote, project-driven teams.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Fintech or payment SaaS products, CI/CD release rhythms, and AI-assisted coding environments.
