Cision is currently seeking a Recruiter for a 6-month contract based in Canada. This mid-level HR Admin position focuses on full-cycle recruitment, supporting our North American teams by identifying and hiring talent for key departments, including sales, marketing, and customer success. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $82,000.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process. Your daily activities will involve working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and team dynamics, ensuring that our recruitment strategies align with broader company goals. You will proactively source candidates through channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals, while conducting thorough screenings to assess qualifications and value fit.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition. You should possess strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of filling high-impact commercial roles within tight timelines. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems is required; experience specifically with Greenhouse is strongly preferred. You should also be comfortable navigating recruitment tools and social media platforms to engage potential candidates.
