Recruiting Coordinator Contractor Job in the USA (Management Field)

Signifyd is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator Contractor for a remote, entry-level management position in the USA. This is a 3 to 4-month contract role running through the end of the year, paying an hourly rate of $25 per hour, with EST hours preferred.

In this role, you will support the Signifyd recruiting team and assist with broader human resources initiatives as needed. Your core responsibilities focus on managing candidate interviews and supporting talent acquisition:

• Partner with the recruiting team to guide candidates through the interview process and act as the main liaison between candidates and interviewers.
• Manage complex interview scheduling independently and resolve any scheduling conflicts with leadership and recruiting teams.
• Contribute to process improvements, send candidate feedback surveys, and help source candidates on LinkedIn for hard-to-fill roles.
• Support HR initiatives, reporting, analytics, compliance auditing, digital file migration, and employee milestone management during slower recruiting periods.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and have between 0 to 2 years of experience. While previous experience as a recruiting coordinator is a plus, new graduates are also welcome to apply. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information, and comfort working with spreadsheets and ATS systems.
