What you will do as a Sales Trainee in Cottbus

• Acquire new clients independently in the DACH region and build your own customer base.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Present and sell employer branding and personal marketing services, developing tailored solutions.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze the market and competition to identify new business opportunities.
• Report regularly to the team and coordinate closely with colleagues.
