Pertemps ERP is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Berater:in (SuccessFactors Consultant) for an IT role based in Frankfurt am Main, with remote and hybrid work options available across Germany. This permanent position is open in full-time or part-time capacities, offering an entry-level opportunity for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Execute custom configurations independently and lead workshops and training sessions.
- Support the integration of SuccessFactors into existing system landscapes and HR business processes.
- Assist with pre-sales activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A completed bachelor's degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field.
- 1-2 years of practical experience in designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors applications, including at least one completed project.
- At least one SAP SuccessFactors certification and strong knowledge in modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning Management.
- B2 proficiency in written and spoken German.
- Readiness for occasional travel, alongside strong communication skills, independence, and a team-oriented mindset.
