Senior Account Executive, Nordics & Baltics

Sonatype is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Nordics & Baltics to drive software sales across Germany and the UK. As a senior-level sales professional holding a Bachelor's degree, you will bring 5+ years of experience to this role at the software supply chain security company. In this position, you will join a top-performing global sales team to own a high-growth territory, focusing on acquiring new enterprise logos and expanding existing customer adoption using the Sonatype platform.

Key Responsibilities and Outbound Execution

• Execute an account-based outbound sales strategy targeting enterprise accounts across the Nordics and Baltics.
• Manage full enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from discovery to complex stakeholder alignment and closing.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene within Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline tracking and conduct weekly forecast reviews.
• Act as a regional subject matter expert by participating in marketing campaigns, field events, and customer forums.
• Build consultative relationships with VPs of Engineering, CISOs, and enterprise IT leaders.
