Doctolib is seeking a Senior AI Specialist (x/f/m) to join its IT team in Berlin on a senior level, starting as soon as possible. As the company transitions into an AI-native organization, this role serves as the technical builder and AI Ops Owner, driving AI-powered productivity for Operations and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign and transform critical Operations and Customer Success workflows using AI agents rather than just basic automation.
• Build, operate, and manage production-ready AI agents on platforms like Dust or Claude with defined baselines and metrics.
• Curate context and knowledge sources across Confluence, Drive, and Salesforce to prioritize quality over quantity.
• Establish evaluation routines, handle quality assurance, and optimize prompts via user feedback and A/B testing.
• Manage CRM and data integration between Salesforce and AI platforms while collaborating with IT.
• Act as the central interface connecting Leadership, IT, and Product stakeholders to boost team AI fluency.
• Measure AI success using existing metrics covering time, quality, and cost.

Requirements and Candidate Profile

The organization requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, though it prioritizes learning speed, product mindset, and strong judgment over exact years due to the emerging nature of production-ready AI workflows. Ideal candidates demonstrate a proven ability to self-teach technical fields, solve production issues like hallucinations and prompt drift, maintain rigorous evaluation instincts, and take end-to-end ownership while communicating technical topics clearly.
