Voize is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer for their engineering team in Berlin. Backed by $50M in Series A funding, the organization builds AI companions that help frontline workers save time by taking over digital workflows. Over 2,000 facilities and 200,000 users currently rely on the platform.

As the first dedicated analytics hire in this senior level role requiring a Bachelor's degree, you will own company data from the warehouse to dashboards within the Data & AI function. Your work involves shaping a modern stack utilizing Redshift, dbt, Fivetran, and Lightdash to create a single source of truth for the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Model company data in dbt on Redshift with proper layers, tests, and documentation.
• Ship and run company KPI dashboards in Lightdash while enabling self-serve analytics.
• Own metric modeling and keep the Fivetran ingestion layer and ETL jobs running.
• Partner directly with Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to answer business questions.
• Set data standards and architecture before the team scales further.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience owning analytics from the warehouse onwards in production.
• Deep SQL skills and strong dbt experience including layered models, tests, and CI.
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse in production, with Redshift being ideal.
• Strong business-facing autonomy to partner with non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of automating and building workflows using AI.
