GROPYUS, a technology-based construction company located in Berlin, is seeking a Senior Architekt:in (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt Entwurf: Angebotsplanung / Machbarkeitsstudien for a senior-level position in the construction field. If you have an intermediate education background and at least 5 years of professional experience in design and feasibility studies within residential, modular, or timber construction, this permanent role places you at the heart of early-phase project development.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop feasibility studies and design concepts in phases 1–2, balancing technical, economic, and creative requirements.
- Analyze building regulations, zoning plans, and approval requirements while ensuring compliance with legal standards and GROPYUS guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales and development teams to present designs to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Advance digital innovations, particularly BIM processes in early planning phases, and prepare graphic presentations using Revit and the Adobe Suite.
- Mentor junior colleagues in design and presentation topics.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed degree in architecture and registration with the chamber of architects.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in design and feasibility studies focused on residential, serial, or timber construction.
- Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD is a plus) alongside solid knowledge of German public building law.
- Negotiation-ready German and fluent English communication skills.
