(Senior) Associate Venture Development (w/m/d)

Enpal is looking for a (Senior) Associate Venture Development (w/m/d) to join their team in Berlin for a senior-level sales and venture development role. In this position, you will help shape the growth of Enpal Pro by driving processes, structuring complex issues, and managing end-to-end projects that support the transition to decentralized green energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, structure, and optimize operational processes and workflows.
• Manage cross-functional projects from concept to execution, aligning stakeholders across operations, product, tech, and sales.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and prepare decision-oriented reports for management.

What We Are Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in fast-paced environments such as start-ups, scale-ups, consulting, venture building, or venture capital/private equity.
• Strong analytical skills paired with creativity, ownership, and independent drive.
• Experience in project management, process optimization, and KPI reporting.
