(Senior) Consultant Business Value Chain (all genders)

Eraneos Germany is seeking a (Senior) Consultant Business Value Chain (all genders) for our Logistics and Production & Operations team, with opportunities available in Hamburg, München, Düsseldorf, and remote. In this senior level role, you will join multidisciplinary project teams to support leading organizations with strategic and operational transformations, improve manufacturing and supply chain performance, and help clients achieve tangible results.

Your Responsibilities in Logistics and Supply Chain Consulting

• Support transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environments.
• Analyze business processes and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
• Contribute to the design of target operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support operational strategy and optimization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
• Apply lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.
• Develop client deliverables and support workshops, stakeholder engagement, and project execution activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Master's degree (or university degree) in engineering, business administration, economics, or a comparable field, along with 2+ years of experience in management consulting delivering transformation and operational improvement projects. You should have a solid understanding of operational processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and transformation initiatives in industrial environments. Strong communication skills, fluent German and English language skills, personal initiative, an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, and flexibility to travel based on client needs are essential for this position.
