Avomind is seeking a Senior Customer Success Consultant for a customer service role based in Munich, Germany. This senior-level position is with a rapidly expanding European HR software company that automates administrative processes for clients across 140+ countries. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 4 to 5 years of relevant project management experience to support the company's 40% annual growth rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding, project implementation, software rollouts, administrator training, and go-live follow-ups for SMEs and large accounts.
- Provide ongoing key account management, handle level-up support issues, conduct check-ups, and generate upsell or cross-sell opportunities in Germany.
- Contribute to market localization, continuous improvement, pre-sales support, and strengthening software fit for the German market.
Candidate Requirements
- 4-5 years of project management experience and a strong Tech/SaaS affinity with end-to-end software implementation success.
- Native-level German skills and a strong command of English.
- Comfort working with C-level stakeholders, strong problem-solving abilities, and structured communication skills.
- HR knowledge is a plus, though not strictly required.
