The Bikeleasing Group is seeking a Senior Digital Creative (gn) AI Focus for an IT and creative role based remotely in Deutschland. As a senior-level team member at this growing company, you will elevate the conceptual standard of digital communication and establish AI-powered video production as a new capability.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Digital Creative Role in Deutschland

• Develop creative concepts for digital content, campaigns, and smaller projects, guiding them from initial idea to visual execution.
• Translate concepts into concrete designs and produce digital assets hands-on, ideally drawing on an art direction background.
• Establish and advance AI-powered video production within the team, assessing practical use cases for emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Content & Creation, marketing teams, digital channel owners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring five or more years of relevant professional experience. You should possess strong creative skills for digital formats, hands-on experience using AI in creative production, and familiarity with various digital channels. A pragmatic, independent, and solution-oriented work approach is essential, alongside very good German language skills at C1 level or above.
