CodePath, the largest educator of college computer science students in the country, is seeking a remote, full-time Senior Director of Curriculum to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of its entire curriculum portfolio across the United States. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this senior-level management role requires a Master's degree and 5+ years of experience. Total compensation ranges from $165,000 to $239,000 per year, which includes a base salary of $165,000 to $200,000 plus a guaranteed supplement.
Role Responsibilities and Strategic Focus
- Lead long-term curriculum strategy and transition to a modular, flexible architecture supporting AI-native skills, rapid iteration, and multiple delivery models.
- Own the curriculum product roadmap with 12-month visibility into new courses, major revisions, and portfolio investments.
- Maintain and evolve a comprehensive course catalog spanning Web Development, Mobile Development, Cybersecurity, Technical Interview Prep, Foundational CS, and AI-native offerings.
- Partner closely with Learning, Engineering, Platform, Revenue, and Employer Partnerships to align courses with evolving industry needs.
- Manage an initial small team while owning hiring as the function scales.
