Senior Einkäufer (m/w/d) Bau und Netzinfrastruktur

Q Energy is seeking a Senior Einkäufer (m/w/d) Bau und Netzinfrastruktur to join their team in Berlin. In this senior construction and infrastructure procurement role, you will strategically manage and coordinate the purchasing of construction and grid infrastructure services across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities in Construction Procurement

• Lead complex contract negotiations with general contractors, construction companies, and grid service providers.
• Procure electrotechnical infrastructure, civil engineering works, and balance of plant (BoP) services for energy projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Grid, Construction, Engineering, Project Management, and Legal.
• Analyze procurement markets and supplier structures to identify optimization and savings potentials.
• Manage contracts during project execution, including change order and claim processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering, construction, or a related field. You will also need at least 5 years of professional experience in the strategic procurement of complex construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects, with a strong background in net infrastructure and civil engineering procurement. Strong negotiation skills, a self-reliant working style, C1 German proficiency, and B2 English skills are required. Experience in renewable energies is a plus.
