Senior Einkäufer (m/w/d) Bau und Netzinfrastruktur in Berlin

Q Energy is seeking a Senior Einkäufer (m/w/d) Bau und Netzinfrastruktur for their Berlin location to take charge of strategic procurement in the construction field. In this senior-level position requiring a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, you will handle complex contract negotiations and manage the purchasing of electrical infrastructure, civil engineering works, and balance of plant services for energy projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Steering the procurement of construction and grid infrastructure services across all project phases.
• Leading contract negotiations with general contractors, construction firms, and net service providers.
• Managing procurement for substations, transformers, civil works, and other project-related services.
• Collaborating with internal teams including grid, construction, engineering, and legal departments.
• Analyzing procurement markets and supplier structures to identify optimization potentials and handling contract and claim management.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering, construction, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in strategic procurement for complex construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
• Solid experience in purchasing grid infrastructure, construction services, and civil engineering trades.
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
• Background in the energy or renewable energy sector is a plus, though not mandatory.
