(Senior) Full-Stack Engineer Job in Berlin

bunch is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a frontend-leaning focus to join our Platform Team in Berlin. Operating in the IT sector, this senior-level role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience building product applications across the stack, with clear frontend depth. You will help build foundational product experiences and services for our private markets platform.

Key Responsibilities and Tech Stack

• Build robust, scalable, and well-tested full-stack product features with a strong focus on frontend quality.
• Contribute to and evolve frontend architecture, backend services, tooling, and our in-house Design System.
• Write meaningful unit and E2E tests using tools like Vitest and Playwright.
• Work with a tech stack featuring TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, MySQL, Sequelize, Kubernetes on AWS, and transitioning frontend tools like React and Shadcn.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with frontend depth.
• Fluency in TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, and Node.js backend services.
• Experience working with Design Systems (plus experience building custom ones for senior applicants).
• Familiarity with unit and E2E testing, strong UI/UX principles, and the ability to operate in ambiguity within startup or scaleup environments.
