Joining the Agent, Admin and Supervisor Experience team—a distributed group spanning Israel, Germany, India, and Bulgaria—you will help shape how major brands engage with their customers through messaging.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of frontend architecture using micro frontend practices.
- Champion AI-driven engineering by defining best practices and evaluating AI-powered development tools.
- Design and implement user-facing features integrated with generative AI technologies.
- Write efficient code in Vue.js, Node.js, and Java, taking features from concept to deployment.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Mentor junior developers and guide team members on engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js and Object-Oriented Programming languages such as Java or C#.
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Extensive background in frontend web technologies, with a preference for Vue.js.
- Practical implementation experience with Micro Frontend Architecture.
- Deep expertise in applying Generative AI across the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
