virtual7 GmbH is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer (m/w/d) for their IT team in Hamburg, Deutschland. Operating in the public sector digitalization space within the Customer Cluster Finance, this senior level role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of practical software development experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and advance backend components using Java/Java EE and Spring.
- Build modern user interfaces with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Implement database access and connect relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
- Integrate and develop CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
- Create and execute unit and integration tests using tools like JUnit and Mockito.
Requirements and Skills
- 5+ years of practical software development experience with strong knowledge of Java/Java EE and Spring.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and Jenkins, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and JBoss application servers.
- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and test-driven development.
- Very good German language skills at B2 level and basic English at A2 level.
