Senior Fullstack Engineer - Custom Solutions in Berlin, Chemnitz & Dresden

Staffbase is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer for a senior-level engineering role based in Berlin, Chemnitz, or Dresden. As part of a newly formed team building custom solutions, you will extend the capabilities of the company's AI-native Employee Experience Platform to meet specific enterprise customer needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Own custom solutions end-to-end, covering technical design, implementation, testing, and release.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape use cases and validate solutions with end-users.
• Build across the stack using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Go, Java, MongoDB, REST APIs, SDKs, Docker, Terraform, Selenium, and Cypress.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and establish engineering standards and processes for the new team.
• Work in an agile, cross-functional setup following a "You build it, you run it" approach.

Requirements and Working Environment

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 5+ years of professional fullstack development experience, including strong frontend skills in React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, backend experience in languages like Kotlin, Java, or Node.js, and confidence working with REST APIs.
