Eraneos is seeking a Senior GenAI Solution Engineer for Engineering roles based in Hamburg, München, Düsseldorf, or available remotely. As part of a technical, implementation-oriented spin-off of a global management consultancy, you will help DAX and Fortune Global 500 companies transform into AI-powered enterprises through analytics, big data, and machine learning solutions.
Core Responsibilities for the Senior GenAI Solution Engineer in Engineering
- Drive end-to-end AI solutions from rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept to scalable, highly available production environments.
- Build robust Python backend services integrating state-of-the-art LLMs, and design autonomous agent systems for real-world workflows.
- Integrate AI agents into the development lifecycle and maintain software excellence through clean architecture, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement evaluation and monitoring frameworks for accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Consult directly with clients by facilitating workshops, acting as a management sparring partner, and translating complex AI concepts into business impact.
Requirements and Background
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
- Strong production-ready Python skills, including API development, containerization with Docker, testing, Git, and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with multimodal LLM APIs, advanced GenAI engineering, and end-to-end RAG expertise.
- Experience in agent development and designing autonomous systems.
- Client-facing consulting skills with fluent German (C1) and professional English proficiency.
