Senior HR Application Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin
Raisin, the leading global savings and investment platform connecting consumers with partner banks across the EU, UK, and US, is hiring a Senior HR Application Manager (m/f/d) for an HR Admin role based in Berlin. Managing over 80 billion euros in assets with a team of more than 800 employees, the organization's People Solutions team is looking for an experienced professional to oversee the architecture, administration, and strategic optimization of internal HR applications and the HRIS infrastructure.
What You Will Do
- Own system operations, configuration, and incident resolution across the People tooling stack.
- Manage automated account onboarding, employee lifecycle workflows, and IAM strategies.
- Drive scalable system integrations alongside Enterprise IT and Security teams.
- Establish governance and maintain documentation for system configurations and interface architectures.
Requirements and Background
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent analytical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in application management, systems engineering, or IT leadership within the People domain.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end People processes, data models, and data privacy standards for confidential data.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus), alongside expertise with modern HRIS tools like Personio or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with technical and executive stakeholders.
