What can you expect with us?
The GLS Group CISO Team is responsible for information security worldwide. In this role, you will report to the Manager Security Architecture and support the delivery of secure products and projects.
• Design and create reference security architecture together with stakeholders in line with security standards.
• Support project and product teams with a secure-by-design approach.
• Consult teams worldwide on information security topics.
• Conduct threat and risk analyses independently.
• Advise security functions such as SOC, Security Governance, Pen Test, PKI, and IAM.
• Contribute to security awareness and training initiatives.
• Act as the contact person for information security best practices across departments.
What do you bring to the table?
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001, BSI Grundschutz, NIST, ENISA, PCI, OWASP, and related standards.
• Self-motivated with a passion for improving security processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and help teams improve their security posture.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GDSA, CISA, AWS CSS, AZ-500, or CCSP are advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
