Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations

Hopper is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations for a senior-level Accounting role based in the UK. In this leadership position reporting to the Head of People Operations & Workforce Technology, you will modernize and scale the workforce compensation infrastructure, moving the function away from manual processes toward an automated operating model.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Own the end-to-end global payroll operating model across employees, contractors, EORs, PEOs, and local providers.
• Manage and develop a team of 2 to 3 direct reports.
• Lead operational administration of employee equity in Shareworks, including grant processing and reconciliations.
• Partner with HR Technology, IT, and Finance to drive payroll platform consolidations and automation workflows.
• Hold a Master's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bring proven expertise in multi-country payroll operations, equity administration, systems automation, and compliance rigor.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a salary of rs 100 alongside pre-IPO equity packages.
