Senior Partnership Manager, Higher Education

CodePath, the largest educator of college computer science students in the country, is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager, Higher Education to join our remote team in the USA. This senior-level management opportunity offers a salary range of $130,000 to $150,000. As part of our Higher Education team, you will help scale our network of over 50 campus partners as we build ambitious AI workforce programs alongside major technology partners.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Partnership Manager, Higher Education Role

• Grow adoption inside existing partners by moving from single courses toward full-department adoption.
• Build and mobilize champions among faculty and department chairs to integrate CodePath deeper into the curriculum.
• Own renewals, track partner health, spot churn risk early, and ensure long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with Learning and Delivery, Product, and Marketing teams to keep program implementations running smoothly.
• Strengthen partnership planning and tracking to give leadership clear visibility into growth opportunities and portfolio health.

Candidate Requirements

To qualify for this full-time, exempt remote position, applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 5+ years of relevant experience in account management or customer success. The role also requires limited travel to campus partners.
