Lemon.io is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a full-time, freelance management position operating remotely across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. This remote role connects experienced product professionals directly with handpicked startups in the US and Europe, allowing you to bypass middlemen and endless client pitching while the network handles client matching and rate negotiations.

Candidate Requirements for Management

• 8+ years in Product Management with deep expertise in Product Strategy and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), or a flexible combination of 8 years in Strategy and 5+ years in SDLC/Analysis (or vice versa).
• Hands-on experience working with Figma and Mixpanel.
• A proven track record of independently leading cross-functional product initiatives from kickoff through launch.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency to communicate directly with technical startup clients and defend product decisions.
• High self-discipline suited for a schedule-driven, fully remote environment.

Compensation for this Senior Product Manager role is based on your actual experience, backed by Lemon.io having paid out over $11 million to freelancers to date. Education requirements are not specified, and experience is evaluated as per the requirements listed above.
