Medely, a series-C healthcare technology start-up, is seeking a remote Senior Product Manager based in the USA to join its management team. In this senior level role, you will take ownership of the Flex marketplace, driving strategy for supply and demand, matching, retention, and conversion.
Senior Product Manager Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the Flex marketplace.
- Manage product initiatives from discovery through launch, writing PRDs and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Leverage marketplace data, user research, and customer insights to solve high-value problems.
- Apply AI and LLMs pragmatically to simplify workflows and increase operational velocity.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping software in startup, marketplace, SaaS, or scaled technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience owning product areas from discovery through launch and iteration, supported by strong product judgment.
