Senior Product Manager

Rithum is hiring a Senior Product Manager for a senior-level management role based in the USA. In this position, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key area within Rithum's commerce platform, operating independently to solve open-ended problems and guide cross-functional teams.

Senior Product Manager Responsibilities and AI Integration

Rithum expects employees to leverage AI and technology to improve efficiency and workflows. You will drive the long-term vision for the platform using AI-first approaches, synthesize qualitative inputs from client interviews and support tickets using AI tools, and prototype product concepts through AI-assisted workflows. Your day-to-day duties include managing roadmap prioritization, leading end-to-end product development from concept to launch, writing product documentation, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure high-velocity delivery.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• 3+ years of proven product management experience within the SaaS industry with a complex enterprise-level product, preferably in eCommerce or marketplace platforms
• Experience as a Product Manager working on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms
• Strong experience with the full product development lifecycle

The annual salary for this position is $130,000 to $195,000 per year.
