Key Responsibilities for the Senior Product Manager, Growth
- Own the complete consumer journey from discovery and education through onboarding, treatment, and ongoing engagement.
- Partner with engineering and design to integrate AI agents and AI-native workflows into the core consumer experience.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure protocols, safety, and education remain central to the product.
- Shape short- and long-term product roadmaps while scaling processes from scratch in an operations-intensive environment.
Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience working with cross-functional teams, ideally within consumer-oriented, health, wellness, or 0-to-1 products.
- A strong vision for utilizing AI to reshape consumer healthcare, paired with fluency in building AI-native workflows.
- A proven track record of shipping impactful products that customers love.
- Bachelor's degree education.
