Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement

Mural is seeking a remote or USA-based Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement to join their management team and help transform how teams work together. This senior-level role focuses on driving user retention, team invitations, and conversion by owning the entire self-serve journey from sign-up and onboarding to activation.

Responsibilities and Daily Work

In this management position, you will implement user nudges and work on converting free accounts into paying customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include running A/B tests, analyzing data to identify key metrics, and collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and sales as Mural bridges self-serve and sales-assisted motions.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelors degree
• At least five years of product experience with a strong focus on growth or Product-Led Growth (PLG)
• Proficiency in SQL to analyze your own data independently
• Active use of AI tools
• Prior background in collaboration or productivity products is considered a plus
