Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience

CodePath is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience for a full-time, remote management role based in the USA. As the country's largest educator of college computer science students—and following a recent $150M initiative with Anthropic—CodePath is scaling its team to build ambitious AI workforce programs. This senior-level position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer with a total compensation package of $200,000 to $232,000.

In this role, you will own the platform that every CodePath learner engages with, scaling from tens of thousands of students toward millions while maintaining high educational quality. You will balance AI-driven efficiency with essential human connection points to keep learners motivated and progressing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the core learner platform experience across all segments, including college CS students, alumni, working engineers, and students at partner institutions.
• Translate learning, retention, and engagement goals into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Take AI-assisted learning experiences end-to-end, including moving the AI Tutor and AI Grader from prototype to product.
• Collaborate closely with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering teams while maintaining total ownership of the platform experience.

Success in this position is measured by real outcomes, including learning rates, retention, and engagement, rather than just feature velocity.
