(Senior) Sales Operations Manager (gn)

Bikeleasing is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager (gn) to join their team remotely in Germany on a senior level. In this role, you will help shape the sales organisation of a leading provider of modern mobility and employee benefit solutions, working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to build scalable processes and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities for the Remote Sales Operations Manager Role

• Analyse, standardise, and scale sales processes across the entire customer journey.
• Manage and develop the CRM and sales tool landscape, focusing on HubSpot while maintaining data quality.
• Implement automation, AI-supported solutions, and new technologies.
• Build KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, forecasting models, and quality reviews.
• Turn data insights regarding conversion rates, deal sizes, and sales cycles into concrete improvements.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 5+ years or several years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or process management. You should have strong hands-on CRM expertise with HubSpot or Dynamics, a robust analytical mindset for KPIs and forecasting, and the ability to design structured, scalable ways of working. Excellent stakeholder management skills, strong ownership, C2-level German skills, and at least B2-level English skills are required.
