Flix is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant (m/f/d) for an IT role based in Berlin, Germany. Joining the ERP Finance team within the Foundation Division of FlixTech, you will act as our in-house SAP expert during the implementation of a new ERP system for FlixTrain, focusing heavily on Finance and Procurement. This senior-level position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience as an SAP Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements from Finance, Procurement, and adjacent functions into scalable SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with external implementation partners throughout design, build, testing, and go-live preparation.
- Own, evolve, and continuously improve the SAP solution post-go-live while mentoring team members.
- Advise senior Finance and Procurement stakeholders on SAP capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SAP Consultant experience, including 5+ years specifically in S/4HANA with a focus on Finance (FI/CO) and Procurement (MM).
- Working knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Asset Management modules.
- At least two full end-to-end SAP implementations, ideally in a similarly complex company.
- Solid understanding of core finance and procurement processes such as General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Controlling, and Purchase-to-Pay.
- Fluency in both German and English, with residency in Germany.
