Senior Software Engineer, Core Experiences - Berlin, Germany

Speechify is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Core Experiences IT team in Berlin, Germany. In this senior level role requiring a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, you will build and maintain foundational services and cross-platform SDKs that power the Speechify product experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to scope projects, navigate integration and UX tradeoffs, and deliver cross-platform solutions.
• Optimize existing functionality for faster loading and intelligent parsing by designing efficient abstractions and improving algorithms.
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.
