Snke is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) - Healthcare Applications for their München headquarters. In this senior-level healthcare role, you will shape how clinicians interact with patient data by building end-to-end web applications, developing modular frontend widgets, and creating backend microservices that integrate with hospital systems using FHIR, DICOM, and HL7.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern healthcare applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Build microfrontend architecture widgets and maintain microservice-based backend services.
- Develop shared libraries, authentication flows, and ready-to-use clients for healthcare standards.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and cross-functional engineers.
- Work on-site at the Munich office with flexible working hours and a hybrid work model within Germany.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Understanding of application architecture (SPA, Microfrontends) and APIs like HTTP and GraphQL.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and GitHub Actions, plus very good English communication skills.
- Familiarity with FHIR, DICOM, HL7, or additional languages like Go and Rust is considered a plus.
